Yogurt with Fresh Fruit

What You'll Need

1 cup low-fat plain yogurt (or Vanilla yogurt)
½ cup of fresh tropical fruit of your choice (mangoes, pineapples, oranges etc), chopped
Mint leaves
Low-fat granola
Cinnamon powder to taste

Instructions: Pour yogurt into a bowl and beat until smooth. Arrange the yogurt in a tall glass, top with fruit chunks and some granola and sprinkle with cinnamon.
