Spinach and Artichoke Dip

What You'll Need:

½ cup fresh spinach
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
¾ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 cups marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1 cup mozzarella, grated
Fresh black pepper to taste

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350°Fahrenheit.Place all the ingredients, except the Parmesan, in a blender and blend until almost smooth.

Lightly oil a baking dish, spoon in the spinach/artichoke mixture and sprinkle with the Parmesan. Cover with foil and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until hot. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Serve with pita bread or cut up vegetables.
