Sole

What You'll Need

1 ½ lb sole fillets (1/2” thick or even less)
1 tbsp bottled horseradish, drain liquid
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
½ cup plain yogurt
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp butter, melted
½ tsp white pepper

Preparation:

Combine horseradish, mustard, lemon juice, parmesan cheese and yogurt in a bowl. Add melted butter and white pepper and mix well. Spread the mixture thinly and evenly over the sole fillets.

Place the fillets on a broiler pan and broil for about 10 minutes or until the fish is no longer opaque and flakes easily.
