Sesame Fish

What You'll Need:

4oz fresh breadcrumbs
1 tbsp sesame seeds
4 x 5oz skinless white fish fillets
2 tbsp natural yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs and sesame seeds. Spread the natural yogurt on each side of the fish fillets and dip into the breadcrumbs/sesame mix.

Place the fish onto a baking sheet and sprinkle with extra sesame seeds. Drizzle with the olive oil and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Serve with green vegetables.
