Quick Shrimp Salad

What You'll Need

4 oz cooked shrimp
2 tsp low-fat sour cream
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp cilantro, chopped
2inch piece of cucumber, chopped
1 tomato, roughly chopped
Mixed salad leaves

Instructions: Combine sour cream, cilantro and garlic in a bowl. Then add the shrimp and toss carefully. Place salad leaves on centre of a plate and add the shrimp mixture.
