What You'll Need:
1 ½ oz unsweetened dark chocolate, grated
¼ cup sugar
2 tbsp good quality instant coffee
½ tsp cinnamon
¾ cup water
2 cups milk
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients except for milk. Heat and simmer gently until chocolate has melted, stirring constantly. Continue to simmer for about 5 minutes, then add the milk and heat through. Don’t forget to stir. Make sure the mixture does not boil.
Remove hot chocolate from heat and whisk until frothy. Pour into two nice glasses and top with whipped cream. Serve immediately. Serves 2.
