Healthy Chicken Salad

What You'll Need:

3 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed
1 1/2 cup red seedless grapes, halved
1 cup celery, sliced
1/3 cup green onion, sliced
¾ cup plain yogurt
Pinch of curry powder
Salt and black pepper
Handful of mixed green salad leaves

Preparation:

In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, curry powder and season with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Place chicken, grapes, celery and green onion into a large serving bowl. Add the dressing and gently toss until well coated. Serve the chicken salad on a bed of mixed green salad.
