Grilled Pear with Yogurt

What You'll Need

2 Pears, halved and the core scooped out
4 tbsp vanilla yogurt
Handful of fresh berries (such as blueberries, raspberries)
2 tsp sugar

Preparation:

Place the pears cut-side up in a baking dish. Sprinkle each with a bit of sugar and grill for about 4-5 minutes or until starting to turn brown. In a small bowl, combine the vanilla yogurt with the berries. Place the yogurt in the hollow of each pear and serve immediately.
