Goat Cheese and Herbs

What You'll Need

1 garlic clove, crushed
1.5 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
1.5 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
7oz soft goat’s cheese
1-2 tbsp hot water
Dash of cayenne pepper
Sea salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Place the goat’s cheese into a bowl together with the hot water. Mix until smooth. Add garlic, cayenne pepper, herbs and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Chill in fridge for a few hours and serve.
