Crab Meat on English Muffins
3 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp milk
2 tsp lemon juice
Few dashes of Tabasco (depending on your taste)
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 cup crab meat
2 English Muffins
In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with milk, Tabasco and lemon juice. Add green onions and crab meat and combine thoroughly.
Cut English muffins in half and spread them with butter. Toast buttered muffin halves under broiler. When toasted, top muffins with generous mound of crab meat mixture. Place under broiler until nice and golden brown.
Enjoy as a quick and easy lunch with a side salad.
