Corn Casserole

What You'll Need:

16 oz can sweet corn (drained)
16 oz can cream of corn (undrained)
1 box corn muffin mix
1 cup milk
1 egg
¾ cup grated cheese

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, combine ingredients with half of the grated cheese and mix well. Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish and bake for approximately 35 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle with rest of cheese and put back into the oven until the cheese has melted and is golden brown. Serve immediately.

This can be enjoyed as a great side dish.
