Chocolate Cake


3 oz butter, melted
1 cup cooking crumbs
1 ½ cups chocolate bits
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chopped mixed nuts
14 oz sweetened condensed milk


Preheat the oven to moderate heat, about 375°F.

Lightly grease a 9 inch square baking pan, cover the bottom with baking paper and lightly grease the paper.

Pour the melted butter into the pan and spread evenly. Arrange the biscuit crumbs, the chocolate bits, coconut and nuts in the pan and drizzle with condensed milk. Put the pan into the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes. Let the cake cool down in the pan before you attempt to cut it.

This cake will keep in the fridge for about a week.
