BBQ Pork Tenderloin


½ cup frozen apple juice concentrate
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, minced
2 tbsp honey mustard
1 tbsp olive oil
1 green onion, minced
½ tsp pepper
1 ½ lbs pork tenderloin, fat trimmed


Heat up the BBQ.

In bowl, mix all ingredients, except tenderloin, and whisk. Place tenderloin in a bowl and pour mixture over it. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Remove tenderloin from the marinade and set marinade aside. Barbeque the tenderloin for about 15 minutes, turning and basting the meat often. The meat should be brown on the outside and just a touch of pink on the inside. Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 min before slicing it into ½” slices.

Heat the remaining marinade and serve it with the sliced tenderloin.
