Artichoke and Spinach Dip

What You'll Need:

1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup Monterrey jack cheese, grated
2 (13 ¾ oz) cans artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Grease a casserole dish slightly.

Put the spinach in the microwave and heat on high for about 5 minutes. Squeeze dry.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients – except the Monterrey cheese – and mix well. Spoon into the casserole dish and top with the grated Monterrey cheese. Put in the oven for about 30 minutes; then serve.
